- Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill:
Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill honoured the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking. This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames. This method of cooking also means that all the needs of the customers will be fresh, brought to the table straight from the grill. Customers can eat as much or is little as they like, and the restaurant has a large selection of meats on offer, Sohan can stick to what they are familiar with and like or can try something new and different to explore their palette. They have a range of offers available including student concessions.
- Rancheros Rodízio:
Rancheros Rodízio is a traditional Brazilian all-you-can-eat style restaurant. Legend has it that the origin of the Rodízio style of service was created when a waiter – who delivered a meat skewer at the wrong table by mistake – let the guest have a piece of meat anyway. At Rancheros, they want the customers to experience only the best taste and flavours. Their aim is to use the very best 28-day aged beef steak & pair it with other meat dishes – such as beef, pork, lamb, chicken & duck – to bring a taste sensation to the most discerning of palates. All their meat dishes are prepared on a “churrasco” (barbecue) and served to the guests tableside by Pasadors, who present the meat on skewers or on serving dishes. The team really want Rancheros to be a restaurant that caters to people of all kinds with all kinds of taste, with a wide range of options for pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans. If someone has any dietary requirements, they can ask a member of staff for help. Rancheros’ generous hot and cold salad bar holds up to 40 items, including seafood, charcuterie and cheese, plus a variety of sauces, dips and dressings are available. The restaurant also offers a sumptuous dessert menu – many made in-house – of delights to satisfy those with a sweet tooth.
